Mabel's Label's:
Mabel's Labels offers affordably priced, excellent quality, personalized labels that can be used for almost anything; water bottles, backpacks, lunch bags and containers. They also have labels specifically for clothing use that are durable and washable. They are an excellent way to ensure your child's clothing and lunch items stay out of lost and found. Cobbs Bread Fundraiser:
If you shop at the Cobbs Bakery in Shawnessy, please quote code 5916 and they will donate 10% of the sale to Sundance School. Additional promotions may be conducted throughout the year, eg. a Hot Cross Bun raiser when $2 from every 6 pack will be donated back. Playground Fundraising:
There is an on-going bottle drive fundraiser for a new school playground at the Walden Bottle Depot. Recyclables may be donated at any time. Please mention that you'd like the funds to go to Sundance Elementary School.
Cash donations are also being accepted through Education Matters - tax receipts are available for donations of $20 and over.
We are excited to share that our Playground Donation Campaign is ongoing, your contribution helps! Today we announce the launch of our Playground Business Donors Program! This new program invites local businesses to join families and staff in making a lasting impact for generations of Sundance students.
Together, with your continued generosity and the support of community partners, we will make this playground dream a reality.
Under "Related Information', there are two letters with details on our donation campaign and how you, or your business, can get involved. Paper copies of the forms are also going home in students' backpacks. We appreciate your help in reaching out to your generous community minded employers!

Ways to give to our school include:
Monetary (cash) Donation
- I wish to receive a tax receipt for my donation. Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more.
- Visit the EducationMatters online donation webpage to make a donation. (Preferred donation method)
- Write a cheque payable to EducationMatters (all one word) and include the name of our school and the specific program, activity or item you want your donation to support in the 'memo' section. Give the cheque to the school or mail it to: EducationMatters, 1221 8 Street SW Calgary, AB T2R 0L4
- I do not wish to receive a tax receipt for my donation
- Write a cheque made payable to Calgary Board of Education and include the name of our school and the specific program, activity or item you want your donation to support in the 'memo' section. Give the cheque to the school.
