We are excited to share that Sundance School is preparing for our collaborative Calgary Opera Performance this Spring, and would love your help in bringing it to life! All students will be part of the show.

Save the date: The performances will take place on June 11 and 12. There will be two daytime and two early evening performances. At this time, we do not know which student will be in which performance and we are hoping you can save both dates. While ticket information has not yet been finalized, we will share the details as soon as they are available.

In the meantime, we are reaching out to our wonderful parent community for volunteers to assist with various parts of the production. Whether you have specific skills or are simply eager to help, there's a place for you. We are currently gathering names of interested volunteers. While we don't have a specific schedule yet, we expect most of the work for costumes, sets and props to take place at the end of April and throughout May.

• Painting, adding color and creativity to sets and backdrops
• Sewing, simple tasks like hemming or sewing basic costume elements
• Simple prop building, crafting or assembling basic props to enhance the performance
• Ticketing, helping with the distribution and management of tickets closer to the event
• Other, general help with anything
