It is again Carnaval time and Semaine de la Francophonie at Sundance! From Monday, March 17, (kick off day) to Thursday, March 20, (closing day).

Students and staff will be participating in a variety of fun activities to celebrate these important cultural events. Some of the highlights are:

Spirit Days:

• Tuesday- Plaid Shirt Day/chemise carottée,
• Wednesday- Tuque Day
• Thursday- Wear something French/vêtements qui représent la francophonie ou le français)
• The entertaining Folkofolie show on Monday, March 17
• Carnaval Bingo
• Announcements (all week)
• A scavenger hunt of francophone flags and, of course, the delicious Maple cookies (served on Monday)

Bonhomme Carnaval will also pay a visit to staff and students during the week.

Let’s all bring in 'la joie de vivre', the love for French as well as the Carnival spirit so we can make it at Sundance ... tout un festival
