On Thursday April 25, 2024, all Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3 students will have an evening of music sharing in the Sundance School gym.

Due to the volume of guests anticipated, we will split the groups into 2 performances.

• 6:00-6:30pm: Kindergarten and Grade 1 Students
• 6:45-7:15pm: Grade 2 and Grade 3 students

If you have children in both groups, you are welcome to stay for the entire event, however, you will be required to exit the gym between performances and pick up your younger child before returning for the second performance. 

Important Drop-Off Details:

Kindergarten & Grade 1 families:

• Please drop your child off at their outside door at 5:30pm
• Children will proceed to their classrooms to prepare for the sharing with their teachers
• Doors to the gym will open at 5:40pm for seating  
• After the sharing, please pick your child up at their classroom  
• We will need to empty the gym completely at 6:30pm for the second performance 

Grade 2 and 3 families:

• Please drop your child off at their regular class entry/exit doors at 6:30pm
• Children will proceed to their classrooms to prepare for the sharing with their teachers
• We will open gym doors at 6:35pm for seating  
• After the sharing, please pick your child up at their classroom
