Dear Sundance families,

You are invited to our Meet the Teacher evening on Thursday, September 11, from 6:00–7:00 p.m. This will be an open-house style event. Teachers will reach out to let you know when to drop into the classroom for a brief overview of the classroom routines, what to expect, a look around the room, and to meet the teacher.

Beforehand, please join our School Council Welcome-Back Picnic on the school field, see the school website for details.

What to know:

• Date/Time: Sept 11, 6:00–7:00 p.m

• Format: Open house; teachers will share specific classroom drop-in times

• Pre-event: Welcome-Back Picnic on the field (just before the open house)

• Next formal opportunity to meet with the teacher: Student Learning Conferences on Nov 27 & 28, 2025
