Students will share their learning with parents and guardians at our upcoming Conferences during the evening of March 21 and the morning of March 22.  

Please note: Thursday March 21 is a regular school day and there is no school for all students on Friday March 22.  All students must attend these conferences with their parent/guardian.  Each thirty-minute slot allows three or four families to attend.

Parents, please book conferences via MyCBE accounts within the booking window of March 12 from 9:00 am to March 20 at 11:30 pm.  

Music Specialists, Mme Claire and Mme Sylvie will be available on Thursday evening to welcome their students to the music classroom (located on the gym stage). They  will be leading some rhythm play a-longs, alternating between Division 1 appropriate levels and Division 2 levels. There will also be some sharing of selected 'Feu de Camp' songs interspersed throughout the evening. As there are no official bookings online for the music program, families are encouraged to find 10 minutes or so to participate in these activities either before or after their scheduled interview time in their homeroom classrooms.  In addition to these musical activities in the music classroom, there will be a few suggested activities to be completed in your child's homeroom classroom during their allotted interview time. Chromebooks will be made available for the students to showcase the work they have been doing in the music classroom. Should you require a one-on-one interview with either Mme Sylvie or Mme Claire to address a specific concern, please feel free to contact your child's music teacher via email to set up a mutually convenient time.
