Sundance parents, we are almost sold out of our Halloween Entrance Vouchers!
They are $5 per person. Entry Vouchers are sold on a first come, first served basis. Everyone who enters the school, including students and volunteers, will need a voucher. If you still need to purchase your entry voucher here is the link to the ONLY place to purchase them.
Please note, the school does not have vouchers to sell.
Due to fire regulations, we have a limited number of vouchers for sale and once sold out, we are unable to allow any additional access to the building for the evening.
Important event information:
We will have 2 entrances this year – one at the main front entrance (look for the flagpole) and the other at the Kindergarten doors (by the playground). Both doors open at 5:30pm. Street Parking is available (including in front of the school). Unfortunately, we do not have a coat room so please keep this in mind. The evening wraps up at 7:30pm.
What should you bring:
• Entrance Vouchers and Event Tickets – going home in backpacks October 19 and 20
• Your costumes! We encourage kids and adults to join in the costume fun!
• Please bring cash if you’d like to purchase additional tickets for:
- Snacks (juice boxes, bottled water, chips) - 1 ticket per item
- Pizza - 2 tickets per slice
- Glow sticks - 1 ticket
- A trip through our Grade 6 hosted Haunted House - 2 tickets per entry
- A chance to win a cake at our cake walk - 2 tickets per game
Things to do at the dance:
• We have a spooktacular DJ so you can BOOgie on the dance floor!
• Colouring and crafts
• A games room
• Check out the carved pumpkins created by our students
• A photo booth
• A few extra surprises!
The most important part of the evening is a chance for the children to hang out with their friends, have fun, and for our community to get to know each other better.

Our Cake Walk event is always one of our biggest hits and we are looking for cake/cupcake donations! Donate via the same sign-up link above.
Please know that all proceeds raised from our Halloween Dance will go towards school activities already planned throughout the year - these include our Tears n’ Cheers, dinner for our teachers during conferences, holiday breakfast, hot chocolate day, family skating evening, wellness day, activity day, patrollers appreciation, support for student clubs, staff appreciation luncheon and other various unexpected costs that may occur during a school year.
