On February 3, at 1:30pm, a team of Grade Six students will kick off the Jump Rope for Heart campaign in an assembly to help share awareness and care for healthy hearts! This event teaches our students the importance of giving back and encourages them to learn the easy healthy habits, so they understand the importance of staying active, eating well and taking care of their heart and brain health.

The funds our school raises will help support important heart and brain research funded by The Heart & Stroke Foundation. Let's work together as a school community and show how generous we can be! Our event runs from February 3 - 26, 2026. Students will participate in skipping activities during their gym classes, showing support for Health and Stroke research and appreciation to the people for their donations!
