We invite parents and guardians to meet teachers in person on Thursday, September 21, 2023, for our Meet the Teacher Conference evening from 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm.   

Thursday conferences will consist of 30-minute blocks with a maximum of 6 families at once. This is an opportunity to meet your child’s teacher, learn about classroom routines and expectations, and a welcome back to seeing the hallways of Sundance School in person for a self-guided tour.  We encourage students to attend with their parents/guardians.

On Friday, September 23, 2023, Grade 1 to 6 teachers will be inviting families with students who are on Individualized Program Plans to connect virtually, on the phone, or in person for fifteen minutes to talk about next steps. Teachers may also reach out to other families on a case-by-case basis for an individual conference. These conferences will also take place between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm on Friday morning. 

Both our Music Specialists will be available for drop-in visits during our Thursday evening conferences.  Parents will find them in the Music Room on the Stage

For our Kindergarten students, Conferences will be in-person, 30 minute blocks, for BOTH Thursday evening AND Friday morning (between 8:00 am and 10:00 am).   Again, our Kindergarten teachers may reach out to some families to set up an individual conference on Friday morning between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. . 

Bookings can be made starting Thursday, September 14 from 9:00 am and closes to parents on Wednesday September 20 at 11:30 pm. Please sign up for a conference using the My School Conferences in your MyCBE account. Please note that our  Scholastic Book Fair will be open on Thursday from 3:30-7:00pm and 8:00-11:00am on Friday.
