Our first face to face conferences with teachers for the 2024 – 2025 school year take place at the end of November. Conferences are fifteen minutes in length and must be booked via MyCBe accounts.
The booking window and conference times are as follows:
Grades 1 – 6:
Booking opens to parents at 9:00 am on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, and closes at 11:30 pm on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.
Conferences will be held on Thursday, November 28, 2024 from 3:30 pm – 7:00 pm and on Friday, November 29, 2024 from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Please ensure you book your conference with the correct teacher.
Kindergarten with Mme. Soada in Room 17:
Additional conferences for kindergarten students are available on Thursday, November 28, 2024, from 8:15 am – 11:30 am and 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm
Evening conferences on Thursday, November 28, 2024 start at 3:00 pm and Friday, November 29, 2024, conferences end at 12:15 pm. This is to allow for the higher number of students in Kindergarten this year.

Some important reminders: Please check you select the correct teacher before you book If we notice a booking made with the wrong teacher, we will reschedule as close as possible to the original time and send an email to confirm.
Once the booking window closes, parents are unable to make further bookings. Please reach out to your child's teacher.
For Grade 6 families, please book once only, with your child's (morning) homeroom teacher to ensure there is enough space for teachers to see all families.
