March School Conferences 

Following the recent communication from the CBE, our March conferences have moved from in- person to online.   

For Grade 1-6 students, conferences take place after school on Thursday March 20 from 3:30 – 7:00 pm, and on Friday March 21 from 8:00 - 11:30 am.   All bookings must be made online via MyCBE accounts.  Follow this link for conference booking help: School Conferences help for Parents 

Kindergarten teachers have extended their conference hours to accommodate all children.   Mme Catherine will offer additional conferences during the school day on Wednesday March 19, and Mme Bouchard will offer her additional conferences during the school day on Thursday March 20.  Kindergarten children have class as usual on March 19 and 20, 2025. 

For Grade 6 students, please book once only, with your child's morning homeroom teacher. There is not enough space for families to see more than one teacher.

Conferences are open for booking from Wednesday March 12, at 8:00 am until 11:30 pm on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. Once the booking window closes, parents are unable to make further bookings and should reach out directly to teachers. Please check you are making your booking with the correct teacher. If we notice a booking has been made with the wrong teacher, we will reschedule as close as possible to the original time and send an email to confirm.  

There is no school for all students on Friday March 21
