The annual Sundance School Council run Family Halloween Dance and Costume Party for all grades (K-6) on Thursday, October 19 from 6:30-8:30pm is SOLD OUT

The maximum number of vouchers available to be purchased has been reached so the option no longer appears in Healthy Hunger accounts. As an indoor event, the amount of people permitted to enter is set by fire regulations. We are so grateful to this amazing school community for supporting these fun events.

Entrance vouchers were sent home via student backpacks on Monday, October 16. Everyone entering MUST present their voucher.

Start planning your pumpkin to enter the jack o’ lantern contest. Pumpkins may be brought to school on October 19 between 2:30 and 4:00pm or bring them to the dance with you.  Awards will be given to the best Kindergarten, Division 1, (Grades 1 - 3), and Division 2,(Grades 4 - 6). The judging will take place at the dance by a secret panel of judges. So start planning your pumpkin entry now. 

Cake!!! Cake!!! Cake!!!  We are planning to have our Cake Walk event at the Halloween dance - like musical chairs with a cake reward. This activity is a huge hit every year for students and those that may have a sweet tooth.  To make this event a success we will need cakes donated. They can be fancy or plain, homemade or bought, upside down or right side up, but they must be nut free. Gluten-free, dairy-free or egg-free options are also greatly appreciated. Please help us make this event successful by donating a cake.  Cakes/cupcakes may be dropped off on October 19 between 2:30 and 4:00pm or brought with you to the dance.
