Dear Sundance Families,
As we continue through the school year, a gentle reminder about the importance of arriving on time each day. Being punctual allows students to begin the day alongside their classmates, participate in morning routines, and feel a strong sense of belonging within their classroom community.
Those first moments of the day are valuable. They set the tone for learning, connection, and engagement. When students arrive on time, they are better able to connect with their teacher and peers, build relationships, and feel confident and included.
Thank you for your support in helping your child start each day ready, connected, and part of their learning community. Students can enter the building at 7:55am every morning and classes start at 8:00am.
Wellness Fair: The Sundance School N'STEP student team is excited to organize for the fourth year, a Wellness Fair on Friday, May 1, 2026.
The event will commence with a short kick off assembly in the gym at 8:15 am.
There will be 15 activities led by our N'STEP leader students and parent volunteers. These activities will be organized in three categories: calm, informative, and active. There will be five rotations throughout the morning, so each class has a chance to do at least one activity from each category. Students will also have the opportunity to taste frozen grapes and rice crackers during our snack attack.
The event will not be possible without the help and hard work of our amazing volunteers. Please use the signup if you are available to help. A valid police check and the annual volunteer paperwork completed are required to be able to volunteer. If you have any questions regarding your volunteer status, please email volunteer.sundance@gmail.com
