Dear Sundance families,

I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our School Council, School Association, Grade 6 Farewell Committee, Playground Committee, and all parent volunteers for their incredible support of our school community.

Last night’s School Council run Holiday Mashup Dance was a wonderful success, and events like this along with Healthy Hunger, fundraising initiatives, and so many other activities are only possible because of your time, generosity, and dedication.

We are truly grateful for all you do to support our students and strengthen our school community.

Valentine’s Day: Teachers will acknowledge Valentine’s Day within the context of their classroom, so watch for upcoming information from your child’s classroom teacher. We ask that you please keep treats and food products at home.

David Thompson Open House: There will be an informational presentation in their main gym at 6:30pm on February 5, 2026, and then the option for a self-guided tour of the school with support from their amazing leadership students and teachers.

Enjoy a healthy snack of popcorn and fruit salad just before Valentine's Day.

Kernels Popcorn and Fruit Salad Sundog Snack will take place on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

DEADLINE for ordering is Thursday, February 1, 2026, using Healthy Hunger account.

The Monday/Wednesday Kindergarten classes will receive their orders on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
